On the day Wil was born, I was told he may have Ds. I looked down at my tiny baby on my chest. I did not believe what they said. I did not want to believe what they said. Everything in me said they can’t be right. But then I noticed the almond shape of Wil’s eyes and I knew. I cried so many tears looking into his eyes.
Now, I wouldn’t change a thing about Wil’s lovely almond eyes.
Wil’s eyes have not changed. The way I see them has.
